I wanted to make sure and thank you guys for the work you did at Oregon. Steve and Chuck were
awesome and the walkthrough from the consultant went very smooth. WJHW was impressed by the
cleanliness and the thoroughness of the install and I have your guys to thank for it.
Thanks again for the hard work and I look forward to doing more projects with you in the future.

Mark,
I would like you to know how grateful I am for the excellent service provided by TIP this week
while installing the concession menu screens at the Georgia World Congress Center. Every employee
that represented your company exhibited professionalism in their craft and a willingness to do
whatever was required to get the job completed. On very short notice you mobilized a team that
got right to business and designed creative installation solutions for a less-than-perfect
installation environment. Our client, Levy Restaurants is delighted with the results and is
already talking about "Phase II."
I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Phil and Phil,
Just wanted to say how thankful I am to you for pulling the late nighter and weekend
time and getting the job done. We could have not been successful without you and your
efforts. I also really appreciate what each of you and TIP bring to the table and I look
forward to working with you more.
Thanks again,

Mark,
I really appreciate your help on this project this has not been an easy one to
remotely manage but you guys have been a great support to me & my internal team.
One last question my engineer will be on site Monday & Tuesday to commission the system
if he happens to run into any installation issues would one of your guys be available to support
him if necessary?
Thanks!

Mark,
Will & Jason did a great job for us last week! Will did an excellent job of communicating with
our office and managing the project on site.
Thank you very much Mark!
We'll be calling you soon for other projects we have coming up.

I wanted to share with you a conversation I had this morning. I spent about half an hour on the
phone with Don Allensworth of FBC-Lakeland, and, to be totally candid - I don't know the last
time I heard a customer gush so much about our work.
Don had nothing but the highest praise for our engineers, project managers, and technicians.
He (and many, many others over the last 2 weeks) has been totally awestruck with the results
of our work there. For the last week, he has been totally RAVING to me about the attention
to detail we have shown. He goes so far as to tour visiting Senior Pastors behind the amp
racks to show off wire tieing!!!
When he called this morning, it was to share his utter glee over listening to rehearsals in
the room last night. He said from every point in the room, regular spoken conversations
being held on stage were perfectly clear. When the orchestra was rehearsing the same piece
over and over last night, he took the opportunity to sound meter the room. After measuring
multiple points - from right in front of the pulpit, to the far corners, and in-between, he
said that the total variance across the entire room was under 4db - total. He also says that
the sonic signature of the room fits the church perfectly!
Don was effusive in his praise for the genius of our engineers, the project management
involved, and the complete attention to detail of our implementation teams. Don is one
of the most detailed/precise customers I have ever met (he is a former architect), and
to get this type of praise leaves me awestruck.
Over the last couple weeks, Don has toured 90+ senior staff members from various churches
through the project - and he reports that jaws drop every time at the results of our work.
And when jaws drop, people write down our name... When you guys produce the results -
both product and process - that you did at Lakeland, Clark ProMedia wins... you guys and
the work you do remain the greatest key to sales success that the firm has - and that is
an awesome mantle of responsibility that you must wear seriously every day.
The effort our engineers and delivery teams put in on this project is truly world-class.
You should be proud of your efforts - because your customer certainly is. However, to quote the
famous movie line... with great power comes great responsibility. You have demonstrated at
Lakeland that near-perfection is an attainable goal... so let's drive ourselves to that on
every project... It is the sort of effort/leadership/results that you all exhibited at
Lakeland that will allow this firm to truly become world class...
You have my complete respect and gratitude for a job truly well done.
Good Hunting,
Matt Card / Clark ProMedia

"My recommendation about your people: Wil Sargent is a classy guy that is
heads and shoulders above anyone I have ever met. Totally impressive.
Michael is equally classy and is outstanding with people and with the
detailed install. They have been great gifts to me and to our church."
Thank you,
Houston Clark
Mark,
What a way to start a relationship! The guys you assigned to work with us at
ADP, Mark & Steve, did an outstanding job. I spent a few moments with your
guys on site, and got to see Mark's calm, can-do, and experienced
contribution at work. Not only does his work represent TIP well, but the
very way he carries himself in appearance and conversation represents TIP as
a professional and high-class organization. You're lucky to have such people
on your team.
I also mentioned to you that HomeBanc was an important client to us, and at
times through little last minute jobs at us. Well, on a holiday weekend we
were asked to hang a projector and drop in a wall plate for a meeting room
at their corporate office. Ken was assigned, was there before I arrived
(yes, I actually went out on the job myself), was ready to go, and tools in
hand. He was a pleasure to work with, and got the job done... quickly and
completely. Again, TIP was represented well by its associate.
I look forward to working with any of these guys again, and their efforts
make me incredibly comfortable having TIP represent our small company with
important clients. Great team!
Also, pass my thanks along to Michael, who took my last minute requests and
handled everything... you've got a great business partner in Michael.

Mark,
I have had the privilege of working with a lot of quality people during my career, and you and the former "Sonics Guys" that you have pulled into your company are certainly among the best. And, the fact that Imax continues to use your company for installations is further evidence of that. Under the current circumstances, it is always a relief to go tune an Imax theatre that Michael or Sam have installed, because I know it will be done right. The same would be true of Phillip, but you've apparently kept him busy on non-Imax jobs. Michael has told me that you are very busy with lots of those jobs. And I just had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve here in Guadalajara; he seems like the same kind of good worker (and overall good guy!) that we would have wanted at Sonics.
Again, thanks for the note, and I wish continued success for you and your group.

Mark,
I want to say thanks for allowing me to have the two guys in Jackson on
Tuesday and Wednesday. They were a big help and were good workers. Not
sure I would have been able to complete the job with out them. Thanks
again. I will let you kow when I need you services again.

Mark,
I really enjoyed working with Steve and Jon--both are true professionals and represent your company well. I can't say enough good things about them. It's nice to find people who actually live up to their company's code of ethics.
It took me a long time to get this project funded and it's very important that it go well. I need additional funding for more classrooms and I'll never get it if this isn't a success. Very little has gone according to plan or as scheduled. Three of four IT positions are currently vacant and have been for some time. Needless to say, I was feeling a little stressed.
Any concerns I had quickly vanished when Steve and Jon started working. First, they adjusted their hours to work around our training schedule. "Quitting time" was when we were done for the day--not at any particular hour. I realized very quickly that I didn't have to worry about them doing things the right way. My only real problem was figuring out how to compensate for the things we hadn't prepared for correctly and keeping our instructors from impeding progress. I even finally had some time to take care of some back-burner issues while we were in the buildings. My stress level went way down!
I'm used to having any problems dumped back in my lap for resolution with very little assistance. Steve and Jon gave me options and workarounds for any situation that came up. Most involved extra work for them. I know they must have been at least as frustrated as I was several times but they never showed anything other than a positive attitude. Our instructors and commanders consistently commented on their skills, professionalism and work ethic. I truly enjoyed working with them!
