TIP Daily Rates and Travel Expenses:

Rate for Level-1 Techs $385 per day. Lead Techs no supervision required.

Rate for Level-2 Techs $335 per day. Some supervision required.

Rate for Commissioner $700 per day plus expenses. Fully commission AV Systems and Equalize Room.

Anything over 8 hrs per day, Weekends and Holidays are invoices at "Time and a half" standard rate. All overtime must be approved in advance by client and TIP Office.

Fixed Price Installations:

Fixed price installations are only offered to clients that we have completed several projects for and know and understand how they work and expectations of TIP.

On fixed price projects TIP requires an AIA Contract or Purchase Order and 20% Mobilization payment at acceptance. Progress billing submitted weekly based on percentage of work complete under each system identified in the TIP Project Quote.

Fixed price installations include all expenses travel, lodging, meals, rental equipment and all common installation materials not provided by the client. Includes tiewraps, misc hardware, heatshrink, cable markers, anchors etc. Client provides all equipment and associated materials. A 5% markup will be added for all travel and material expenses that TIP provides for the client, to cover administrative and interest cost.

System Design Services:

Audio, Video and Control Systems Design w/AutoCAD drawings are offered at $50 per hr

For single Design Engineer and $80 per hr if two Design Engineers are required.

Further discount available if TIP provides installation services.

After completing several projects with new clients, we can offer fixed price Design Services.

Rate for Crestron Programming $650 per day plus expenses.

All Rates are Plus Expenses:

Mileage round trip to project location charged per Government rate posted on the internet per mile if the project is more than 50mls from TIP's Alpharetta GA Office.

Our travel policy is "Each man get's a Hotel room of his own". We do not share rooms for out of town projects. Meal Perdiem for each man is $30 per day in the Southeast and $50 per day in the North East and out West, per man for every day out of town, including travel days.

Note: TIP carries a State of Georgia Low Voltage License, but when working in other states, we must work under the client's contracting licenses.

Service Calls

$85 per hour and 4 hr minimum charge on any service over 50 mls from Alpharetta GA.

$42.50 per hour travel time and any expenses incurred.

TIP provides all of our own insurances, General Liability, Workers Comp and Auto.

 

Terms of payment: Net 30 days once approved by our Funding Company.
