House of Worship A/V Systems 2008 - 2003

February 2008 - Falls Church, Columbia, VA
Installed Panasonic 50" Plasma displays throughout building. Installed 4 Panasonic Projectors and motorized screens. Installed Extron video switcher. Installed full audio system in chapel consisting of McCauley loudspeakers and QSC amplifiers with Nexia processing.

February 2008 - North Star Church, Panama City, FL
Installed audio, video and lighting systems. Video consisted of 3 Panasonic DW5100U for 3 105" Da-lite screens, Extron video switcher and Panasonic HD camera. Audio consisted of EAW speakers and 2 dual 15" subs, with a Yamaha M7CL for FOH. Lighting consisted of Multiple PAR cans, Martin scanners, and 2 MAC 250's.

December 2007 - Life church.TV, Oklahoma City, OK
Upgraded their video broadcast system to 1080i. Installed a ROSS Vision MD/X, including names such as Miranda: Kaleido-Alto-HD, Panasonic 50" Displays. All integrated into the video system.

2007 - Creekside Community Church, Gainesville, FL
TIP installed one Da-lite cosmo screen and moved an existing cosmo. Two Sanyo PLC-XT25 projectors were also installed. All of the video was run via CAT 5E with the use of Kramer UTP transmitters and receivers. The front of house install consisted of one Kramer VP-724XL, which provide switching for the feeds to the Sanctuary and the Fellowship Hall.

November 2006 - Crossroads Church, Lebanon, TN

Main Worship Auditorium

- Audio:

Install bulk cable and custom cable harness

Terminate to wall plates, stage floor pockets

Installation and termination of all FOH equipment

Utilize owner provided racks for amp racks.

Install and terminate wireless antennas and receiver system.

Subwoofer speakers to sit on stage floor at each side.

- Video:

Installation and termination of all video cables, and control lines

Installation of snap-in screen and frame at projection mezzanine.

Rear-facing projectors to sit on floor of projection mezzanine

Video equipment at table top racks at enclosed FOH location

Set up RF modulation distribution to MATV system.

- Lighting/Dimming:

Run all DMX cables from dimming rack location to TL grid and wall plate locations. Installation of pipe-mounted back boxes for DMX wire. (Terminations to be provided by others.)

Hang and focus of TL fixtures to be provided by others.

TL FOH location to be moved into enclosed area shared with video control. Conduit and back box for dimming console plug-in to be moved down the wall to accommodate.

- Audio:

Installation and termination of 70v speakers

Install JBL sound zone controller for 70v speakers.

- Video:

Run cable to support MATV at TV locations.

TV's and mounts for MATV are OFE.

Installation, mounting and termination of OFE TVs and mounts. Mounting elevation to be determined in the field, depending upon TVs provided.

Main Worship Auditorium

• Termination of signal and power to speaker clusters (Speaker clusters to be installed by others.)

- Audio systems installations to include:

• Installation and termination of all audio equipment to rack cart.

- Video systems installation to include:

• Cat5e connectivity from main video suite for content feed to foyer.
• Installation of, and termination to projectors, including rigging.
• Installation of wall mounted screens.

October 2006 - Church of the Nazarene, Wooster, OH

Main Sanctuary - AV and TL

Audio - Project to include LCR (R&H non-powered) 1 2 1main and delay configuration, Four Downfills, Four left and Four right subs (OAP) will be installed behind on sides of main stage in vertical arrays. TIP will install 3 choir monitor speakers above stage. Remaining speakers in Main Sanctuary installed by Others. Amp Room installation includes all racks(5), components (DSP, Patch Bays, Wireless Mics, Antennas, EQ's, etc.). FOH will consist of Owner Provided 48 channel soundboard and supporting equipment. FOH Cable harness consists of 56 channel snake 7 wall plates and 5 floor pockets. Monitor console connection via wall plate. All installed by TIP

Video - TIP to install and terminate 2 side projectors (rear) to include mounts, and four CRT TV's in peripheral areas noted on CPM drawings.

TL - 2 ETC Sensor Rack system and opti-splitter, with 7 pipe bars over stage and 8 pipe bars over the audience (racks and pipe bars installed by EC). System uses 4 and 3 outlet distribution strips (installed by EC). Project has 2 lighting floor pockets on stage, 6 slider locations around the perimeter of the room, console location is video suite with disconnect at monitor world. TIP to pull and terminate low voltage DMX in floor pockets, sliders, console and low voltage cable (including DMX outlets on the bars).

Video Control Room

Video - TIP to install equipment in 3 video racks and at control desk (provided by others) and terminate all connections as well as audio for video per CPM drawings. CPM equipment to be set in place on control desk (coordinated with client for owner provided equipment).

Narthex - AV and TL

Audio - TIP to install and terminate 50 70v speakers in Narthex area using plenum wire.

June 2006 - Westside Family Church, Lenexa, KS Main Worship - AV and TL

Audio - LCR (Renkus-Heinz) speaker clusters and 6 down fill speakers, 5 separate delay locations, 4 floor wedges,. The left and right subs (OAP) will be installed vertically hanging in 2 Cavities either side of stage. All installed and tested by Clark ProMedia. Cable Pull installation of Audio, Video, and Low Voltage Lighting in Main Room, and rigging of Projectors and Screens. AMP Room installation includes all rack components (DSP, Patch Bays, Wireless Mics, Antennas, EQ's, etc.). All installed and tested by Clark ProMedia. FOH will consist of one DigiDesign Venue Digital Console and supporting equipment. There will be 2 wall plates and 8 floor pockets on stage and 3 wireless antennas above stage. All installed and tested by TIP.

Video - The video system consists of 2 Front Projectors and 2 Screens. TIP to install "pole" and Projectors only. (Upper rigging and Upper Ceiling Projector Mount to be installed by Clark ProMedia.) Two Manned Cameras (owner provided) with both CCU and SDI Cables, two S-Video Camera plug-ins on the stage. VGA plug-in on stage. All installed by TIP. TIP to install equipment in 3 video racks (provided by Clark ProMedia) in Video Production Suite and terminate all connections, setup and test.

TIP Installation Supervisor to supervise Cable Pull installation of Audio, Video, and Low Voltage Lighting in Activities/ Youth Room, and rigging of Projector, Screens, and LCD's, and Owner Provided Speakers. TIP Installation Supervisor to supervise all terminations this room.

Audio - Project to include 3 LCR Owner Provide ceiling speakers and 2 Floor Mounted Subs.

Video - The video system consists of 1 Front Projector and one screen. Additional AV Systems Installed in these areas:

Distributed RF, TIP Installation Supervisor to supervise resources for Cable Pull installation of Distributed RF to 22 Locations throughout.

2006 - National Community Church, Washington, DC

2006 - Grace Family Church, Tampa, FL
Main Worship - AV and TL AMP Room installation includes all rack components (DSP, Patch Bays, Wireless Mics, Antennas, EQ's, etc.). Aviom terminations in floor boxes and patch bay by TIP. FOH will consist of one PM5D and supporting equipment. There will be a 90 input cable harness with 3 wall plates and 7 floor pockets. Floor pocket # 2 is a wall plate that extends to a floor box in the temporary stage (FP2B). Monitor console connection via (4th) wall plate - for later use.

All installed by TIP:

Video - The video system consists of 2 Front Projectors and screens ("pole" provided by GC). TIP to install Chief Mounting Plates, etc. Two Manned Cameras with CCU cables and two S-Video plug ins on the stage. VGA plug in on stage. Standard playback equipment; including Analog Way switcher - all installed by TIP

TL - ETC Sensor Rack system with 4 pipe bars over stage and 7 pipe bars over the audience (racks and pipe bars installed by GC). System primarily uses 8 outlet distribution strips (installed by GC). Project has 5 lighting floor pockets on stage, console location is at FOH. TIP to terminate low voltage DMX in floor pockets, console and low voltage cable (including DMX outlets on the bars).

Lobby - AV Audio - Distributed speakers in lobby installed by TIP. In addition, amplifiers and control equipment located in Resource Room (118) will be installed by TIP.

Video - Distribution equipment for all TVs, feed from video control room, DVD player and owner provided computer will be installed by TIP.

Choir Room/Recording Studio - AV-System includes racks (for owner provided equipment), patch bays (including patch bay to owner provided recording console). Recording split to worship center and tie lines. In addition tie lines to choir room are included. All installed by TIP.

Video Control Room - V-Video TIP to install equipment in 4 video racks and control desk (provided by CPM). CPM equipment to be set in place on control desk (coordinated with client for owner provided equipment).

2005 - Grace Breathren Church, Wooster, Ohio.

Audio System - Installation of all Audio Systems Head-end Racks and associated equipment in the designated rooms called out in the Project Drawings provided by Client.

Field Device Installation - TIP will provide installation of all Speakers, Wall Plates and all associated field equipment per Project Drawings and SOW provided by CPM.

Video System - Cable Installation: Installation of all Video Systems Head-end Racks and associated equipment in the designated rooms called out in the Project Drawings provided by Client. Installation of all Video System field devices, LCD Monitors and interface equipment required to provide a fully functional presentation system per Project Drawings and Equipment provided by Client.

Lighting System - Cable Installation Only: TIP will provide installation of all Low Voltage DMX Lighting System cables.
